2. Marketplace Services
amazoon provides an online platform that allows vendors to list products and buyers to purchase them. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to the direct contract between buyers and sellers, except where explicitly stated.
3. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must ensure that all listed products are legal under Sudanese law. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, alcohol, narcotics, pirated goods, and items that violate public order or morality in Sudan.
5. Payments and Fees
- All prices are listed in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) unless otherwise specified.
- Subscription fees for vendors are non-refundable unless the service is not provided.
- Payments must be made through the approved channels listed on the site (e.g., Bank of Khartoum transfer).
6. Intellectual Property
The content, logo, and design of amazoon are the property of the site owners. Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
amazoon is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the marketplace, including but not limited to product defects, delivery delays by third-party couriers, or unauthorized access to user data, within the limits of Sudanese law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
